•Recording the receipt in SAP
•Sorting the product complaints and decontaminating those that require further investigation • Assessing and reporting on product complaints
•Forwarding product complaints to suppliers.

•Practical mindset
•Quickly familiarize oneself with processes
•Working in a structured manner
•Experience with quality processes
•Basic knowledge of quality standards within regulated industries.
•Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
•Microsoft Office skills.
