•Support the execution of HR programs locally;
•Support any country specific processes as required by local labor law;
•Resolve employee relation issues and escalate to HRBP’s, as appropriate, based on risk and complexity;
•Liaise with business leaders, pillar HRBP’s and COE’s regarding local processes and laws;
•Initiate country processes, where required, and hand over to the respective COE or HROC;
•Advocate and champion the service delivery model within the business;
•Mitigate organizational people risk and increase HR process adherence;
•Create value by driving adoption of workforce strategies and solutions;
•Coach and develop managers to expand their people management capabilities and practices;
•Advocate and champion the service delivery model and endorse effective adoption of HR processes, policies, and procedures and coach managers to drive;
•Assist the business in dealing with difficult situations, terminations, in the local language or English with foreign managers;
•Assist local teams maintaining a safe atmosphere for staff (SQDCI+P);
•Apply HR best practices in order to improve existing tools.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline;
•3-5 years of HR experience with experience working with internal clients who are multi-site global teams;
•Communication in English and Dutch must be fluent; both in speaking and writing;

•Commitment to quality (operational excellence) and a focus on solutions and process improvement;

•Salary between € 2500,- and € 3100,- gross per month depending on experience;
•Parttime work is possible with a minimum of 24 hours a week;
•Period 6 months- 12 months with a possibility of a permanent contract;
